Country-Like Atmosphere
Residents are served meals in a country-like atmosphere keeping the Ozark heritage alive with our down home cooking, and we provide residents with care that is structured to meet their individual needs.
About Our Facility
Newton County Nursing Home is a beautiful 70 bed facility nestled in the heart of the Ozarks in Jasper, Arkansas, just south of Harrison, Arkansas and north of Russellville, Arkansas. Although it was established in 1969, the current home was built in 2002.
Newton County Nursing Home is managed by a non-profit corporation with each resident’s quality of life serving as our number one priority.
Residents are offered a wide variety of activity choices including: bingo, men’s club, active games, dine-out trips, trivia, sing-a-longs, church services, birthday parties, outings, and so much more. We are really fortunate to have a large number of local volunteers whose dedicated service enriches our program.
If you are interested in our facility, you can take a tour of it, get to know the staff better, find out our mission statement, or ask us any question you might have. We'd be happy to hear from you.
