The Newton County Healthcare Association is a non-profit corporation  responsible for the management and the operation of the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper Arkansas.

To provide a comprehensive care system that enhances the quality of life for all our residents in the best “at-home” environment as possible. 

1. By assuring our resident are the first priority and they have the right to be happy, healthy and to always be treated with respect and dignity. 
2. By hiring highly qualified, dedicated staff and provide them with an appreciative workplace that is team oriented and where staff are given the opportunity to utilize their knowledge, skills and talents.
3. By meeting all applicable regulations and standards as prescribed by the Office Of Long Term Care and any other regulatory agency having jurisdiction in the premises.  
4. By conducting and maintaining as economically as practical an efficient operation.
